Are the black ops 2 servers still up.

I keep getting disconnected from the Black Ops 3 Servers when playing zombies. I can start up a map solo just fine but after an hour or even a couple of minutes, it will disconnect me. Black Ops 2 is, even though the Servers got fixed, absolutely unplayable.
